Of Italian descendant, born in France, grew up in Argentina, lived in Canada for 13 years and now reside in Switzerland. He's been teaching yoga since 2003 and has trained in various lineages such as Power Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Anusara, Yin and Pilates. He's also a student of eastern philosophy and spirituality which he weaves into the physical practice to create a profound transformational experience. Bringing meaning to the practice and attention to reﬁned bio-mechanics are at the heart of his teachings. In 2008 his wife Chloe Labelle and him partnered up with YYoga to open a vibrant studio in North Vancouver called Northshore Elements. Since 2013 they live in Europe from where he travels internationally teaching workshops, retreats and Teacher Trainings and regularly produces instructional videos for GAlA/myyoga.
Mika de Brito has been teaching for fifteen years in France and abroad. He brings freshness and a unique style with a little French touch. Mika teaches courses regularly in Paris and workshops and runs retreats in France and elsewhere. After he studied ethnomusicology and at the conservatoire, Manuel Denis started to study the indian flute Bansuri in Varanasi in 2001 with Chandra Kant Prasad (Sohan Lal) and later with Pt Rajendra Prasanna and his son Rishab. His music is a mix between tradition and modernity where the Indian ragas and his own personal creations meet.
